Progow is a service that created a platform to provide access to centralized and verified professional information via digital resumes to lead the way in doing away with the traditional and outdated resume. In their own words, “the resume is old. Annoying to write, hard to read, impossible to compare, tough to trust. It’s time for something new.” We knew when Progow approached boogie to create their logo and outline their brand guidelines we needed to provide them branding that was as sleek, modern and streamlined as their processes.
Giving a brand an identiy as bold as their business
boogie set out to create a logo that found a harmonious balance through font, color and concept to accurately reflect both the professional and progressive aspects of Progow. We settled on a unique hue of green to represent growth, finance and good judgment and chose a vibrant and yet refined shade of blue to represent the trust, security and productivity that Progow customers can consistently expect from the brand. boogie also determined that typography would play a key role in Progow’s brand messaging. Consistent use of a rounded, open and modern sans-serif font reinforces Progow’s commitment to strong and open communication. Last but not least boogie mocked up a simple but bold mark to subtly yet clearly portray Progow’s ability to provide a strong solution to the many interconnected problems with verifying, evaluating and tracking professional information.
